Meditation and manifestation are two different words which are interlinked with each other. Many confuse Meditation with Manifestation, but the kind of results we get out of both are very different.
Meditation is a practice of consciously choosing to centre yourself, to quiet your mind and find inner peace. It is done by focusing the mind on a certain object, thought or an activity.
Manifestation is very different. Manifestation is the continuous process of creation which can be done anywhere and anytime. We are constantly manifesting in our life whether it is for a small object or the dreams of the things that we wish to own a certain day, could be positive or negative.
There are many ways of meditation as well as manifestation one of them is manifest while meditating. That is the real reason why people often confuse meditation with manifestation. Some people go in deep state of relaxation by meditating and after reaching in that deep state, they manifest the things that they want in their life. People who practise Reiki, ESP, Silva Mind Methods, etc. often use this technique to manifest their dreams.
However, it is not at all necessary to go in that deep trance for manifesting. There are various other methods of manifestation. Goal setting, vision boards, gratitude journal, writing affirmations, bedtime reprogramming, etc. to name a few. For manifesting your dreams, one has to just be clear on what they want in life and believe that they are going to achieve it, no matter how difficult it might look in the current situation.
